Describe the task, who performs it, the current tools and the result you need. Do not send passwords or customer data. A short description is enough to start.
02What will I receive when the project is finished?
We agree the scope, handover materials and acceptance criteria before implementation. Documentation, access and ongoing maintenance are included in the agreed scope.
03How does maintenance work after launch?
Maintenance, updates and further development are agreed for each project. A fixed subscription or response time applies only once we have agreed it together.
04Do you work with smaller companies?
Yes. We start with a concrete challenge and a scope that fits the business. Not every project needs a large application.
05Do I need to know which technology I need?
No. We begin with the process and desired outcome. Only then do we suggest Excel, Python, an app, an integration or another approach.
06Are Exelia apps already available?
The showcased products are at different stages of development. Their cards show their current status. Access will be available after functional versions launch.
07How is the price determined?
Once we know the goal, inputs and scope, we propose an approach, timeline and quote. We don't set prices without understanding the task.
08Can we work remotely?
Yes. We can deliver software projects and automation remotely throughout Poland. We also offer local IT support around Opole.
